Due to the limited class size, not all sessions cancelled will qualify for a refund or transfer or credit for future session. Registration cancellations under 48 hours will not be credited or refunded. Registration cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of a session will be granted a credit for a future session. The credit is valid for up to ninety days from original scheduled session. Registration cancellation made at least two weeks prior to the session will be granted a refund option if desired by client minus credit card fees.

We reserve the right to cancel sessions related to inclement weather, very low anticipated class attendance, or unforeseen staff emergencies. In these circumstances, efforts will be made to reschedule the session at an agreeable date. If not able to be rescheduled or the timing does not work a refund will be issued.
